Assigned Crew Leaders must arrive 30-60min before cleaning start time.
All trucks and employee parking is to be on the SOUTH parking lot. We need all the room for inflatables.
Crew Leaders start setting up the spots. This includes bringing out blowers, vacuums, cleaning supplies, clean and dirty towel bins. We should be able to set up 10 inflatables at one time so set up accordingly.
If there are extension cord wraps that are tangled, use those first.
Use leaf blower to blow off rocks/pebbles from parking lot.
Start bringing out inflatables to the spots. Try to identify the WORST/DIRTIEST inflatables and put those out first. Generally speaking obstacle courses and combos are usually the worst followed by waterslides and regular style bouncers. If inflatable games are wet those need to be set up to dry out as well. "Jumping" inflatable games get cleaned after use but non-jumping inflatable games only need to be cleaned if they are wet.
Maintain the cleaning list. As units go out they get crossed off the list.
Makes sure there is enough space to get units in and out of the overhead door.
Set up units from left to right (looking at the front of the warehouse). This is the same rotation the cleaners will use, they will start on the left and work toward the right.
As cleaners arrive they should be arriving to at least a handful of inflatables up and running and all the supplies they need out in the lot ready to go. Get them started from left to right.
Now that the cleaners are started we will start staging the next inflatables to be cleaned in the spots where they are cleaning.
As cleaners finish units the crews will take down existing inflatables and put up the next inflatables.
There should never be an open spot without a running inflatable for more than a few minutes. Get the cleaned ones down, rolled and get the next dirty ones up and running ASAP.
Cleaners should not be turning units off that is the Crew Leaders job. They should be inspected to make sure they are to standard then taken down.
As clean units are taken back into the warehouse they are either palletized or put on the bottom if that's where they belong. We WILL NOT spend time during cleaning re-racking units. That will be done at the end when the cleaners are done. Its a distraction from the goal which is getting the inventory cleaned as efficiently as possible.
Use blowers to blow air on the water puddles.
Once all units are cleaned then start cleaning up and re-organizing.
If there are extension cords or blowers with issues put them in the graveyard.
Are there units that need repaired? Did you see any potential issues? Leave a note on Mikes desk if not there with SPECIFIC information including the unit name and number code if applicable.
Empty vacuums, fill spray bottles, make sure all batteries back on chargers.
Re-rack inflatables.
Organize tent/table/chair inventory.
Make chair stacks and label them for the upcoming week. Be sure to clean chairs as they are stacked and replace missing chair caps.
Clean concession equipment.
Check concession supplies. If anything low leave note for Mike.
Make sure blowers are stacked and organized.
Fill generators with gas an make sure at least 2 gas cans are filled.
Bring trucks back to park. Make sure all batteries and spray bottles are out. Remove any leftover dirty towels and garbage.
Take all shop garbage out (break room, bathroom, main garbage)
Any loose ends? Trucks need serviced etc?

Arrive on-time ready to work. We do keep water and snacks at the warehouse but its a good idea to bring your own snacks/lunch in case we are out.
Generally speaking our cleaning days are on Monday starting at 9am. Crew Leaders are in earlier to set up but the cleaning people come in at 9am.
By the time you arrive we should have inflatables up and running ready to be cleaned.
Follow instructions from the Crew Leaders.
We focus on cleaning the "jumping surfaces" but sometimes need to spot clean other areas of the inflatable that might get spots of mold or mud.
First thing we do is vaccuum debri
Second is to spray Odoban mixture and wipe down those sufaces.
If the surface is not visibly dirty then just a light mist of spray if fine.
